    i'm looking for any information on the older chamber stoves and how to test them this one is very clean and just needs to be tested

    There's not much still around on that era. In fact, it is highly possible that CHAMBERS didn't publish anything for distribution on the pre-A through D series for servicing them.

    I do have the First Edition of [b][i]The "Idle Hour" Cookbook[/b][/i] from 1927 - it has [b][i]some[/b][/i] helpful info on the setup and operation of the older units. Other than that, you're going to need to find an experienced local repairman who is certified to work on gas appliances, perhaps even commercial models, as the CHAMBERS units are more like them than standard (Chambers liked to say [b][i]"ORDINARY"[/i][/b]) models.
